Kooskia Clinic Coordinator

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Clinic Coordinator for our Kooskia Clinic. This position is responsible for coordinating daily activities of the clerical staff to ensure that the clinic operates in accordance with accrediting organization guidelines. They will coordinate with and support actives of the clinical nursing staff and clinical physicans. The Clinic Coordinator will include receptionist duties such as answering phones, directing questions an messages to appropriate staff, scheduling and coordinating patient contacts and support patient financial services and billing.

Environmental Services Aide

Billing Specialist

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist is responsible for accurate account receivable billing, primary, secondary, tertiary and follow-up for all payers. Process appropriate billing every day. Responsible for confirming accuracy of charges, making sure all charges are dropping on bills and billing specifics, producing clean claims prior to electronic or mail submission for all insurances. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of electronic transitions and confirming the receipt of the transmission from the clearinghouse. Billing follow-up in the form of phone calls to third party payers, checking on claims receipt and processing status. Discussion of billing related concerns and question with patients. High School Diploma preferred with computer skills required. 1-2 years health care industry experience preferred.

Coding Specialist

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Coding Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Coding Specialist is coding and charge capture for hospital services. High School graduate preferred or equivalent with computer skills required. Coding certification required and 3-5 years health care industry experience in coding. Knowledge of billing preferred. Completion of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology courses required.

Lab Manager

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Lab Manager. The Lab Manager will be responsible for all laboratory operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient running department and assure results are reported accurately and in a timely manner. Bachelor of Science degree from accredited school and current acceptable Laboratory Clinical License required. Two years of lab management experience in a CAH lab required.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist- CRNA

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time CRNA. The CRNA is certified to administer anesthetics and monitor anesthetized patients during surgical, obstetric and radiological procedures. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetic credentials required. Clinic Medical Assistant

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Clinic Medical Assistant. The medical assistant will, under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner, assists the health care provider in delivery of patient care in a clinic setting. Coordinates nursing care for patients according to established procedures. Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Experience in clinical practice and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Dietary Aide

The dietary aide will perform a variety of food service duties including cooking, assembling, and delivering patient trays, serving food to patients and staff and cleaning kitchen areas. Physical Therapist

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Physical Therapist. Physical therapist provides physical therapy services including patient evaluation, development and administration of an intervention plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources, and clinical guidance to non-professional personnel. Provides therapy treatment, in inpatient and outpatient setting as well other practice environments as necessary. Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of physical therapy and state licensure to practice physical therapy by the Idaho State Board of Medicine required. Experience/expertise in multiple treatment settings preferred.

Utilization Review RN

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Part Time Utilization Review RN. The UR nurse is responsible for analyzing hospital inpatient records and applies admission, treatment, and length of stay criteria in conformance with government and insurance company reimbursement policies. Monitors private and government insurance standards pertaining to admission, treatment, and length of stay of patients. Compares inpatient medical records to established criteria, conferring with medical, nursing and ancillary staff to evaluate treatment and length of stay. This position requires a degree in nursing and clinical care experience. Hospice- RN

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Part-Time Hospice RN. The Hospice RN is responsible and accountable for an assigned caseload of patients. This includes delivering care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Current RN licenses required, at least one year of acute hospital or home health care preferred.

Occupational Therapist
