Chief Nursing Officer

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Chief Nursing Officer. This position is accountable for providing leadership and implementing strategic direction to Nursing Services and assigned Ancillary Services throughout the facility. This position will work in partnership with the CEO and Senior Leadership to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of financial goals, and development of leaders. Current State of Idaho RN license required. BSN and Master's Degree in Nursing or Business Management preferred. Five years of management experience preferred.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). A CRNA is certified to administer anesthetics and monitor anesthetized patients during surgical, obstetric and radiological procedures. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetic credentials required. Respiratory Therapist

Syringa Hospital & Clinic is accepting applications for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist. Position to provide and perform respiratory therapy treatments and tests as prescribed by the physicians. Responsible for the administration, supervision, and patient care of the Respiratory Therapy Department. Required to have completed a Respiratory Therapy Program which is accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education in collaboration with the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association. Must be licensed in Idaho.

HIT System Admin

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time HIT System Admin. The Health Information Technology (HIT) System Admin will manage and maintain SHC's servers, end user devices and peripherals, making certain that everything is in proper working order. This position also manages the Helpdesk, regulates users on the network and performs end user training as needed. Bachelor's degree or CompTIA A+ certification or similar required. Five years of IT experience, preferably in a health care setting desired.

Infection Prevention/Employee Health Nurse

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Infection Prevention/Employee Health Nurse. The position requires that the employee flex between multiple departments. Be a resource for questions and issues that arise dealing with infection prevention. Monitors and audits measures as appropriate. BSN or ASN in Nursing required. Two years of clinical care or nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Coding Specialist

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Regular Part-Time Coding Specialist. Responsible for assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnoses, and CPT-4 codes for services provided in the outpatient hospital and clinic setting. Evaluates provider and nursing documentation to ensure adequacy to support charges and for proper code assignment. Works with supervisor to provide follow-up education to providers and nurses regarding documentation needs as necessary. Data entry of all charges not auto-generated by EHR. Evaluation, with corrections as needed, of all auto-generated charges to ensure these are supported by appropriate documentation. Knowledge of, application of, and/or compliance with all billing and coding edits. Knowledge of LCD and NCD guidelines to ensure compliance with these and to provide education to departments that are affected by them. Coding certification required and 3-5 years health care industry experience in coding.

Dietary Aide

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Part-Time Dietary Aide. Position responsible for performing a variety of food service duties including cooking, assembling, and delivering patient trays, preparing meals, serving food to patients and staff, cleaning of kitchen area, and other routine duties related to food preparation. Patient Care Coordinator II

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Regular Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator in our Clinic. In this position you will participate in team-based care to provide health services to individuals through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their physician. You with provide case management to patients with chronic care conditions and or behavioral health needs. You will facilitate a "Patient Centered Medical Home" model across all settings to achieve coordinated high-quality care. Requirements are a current Idaho State RN or LPN license. Previous Care Coordination, Case Management experience preferred.

OR Manager/RN Circulator- Sign-on Bonus!

Syringa Hospital & Clinic is accepting applications for a Full-Time OR Manager/RN Circulator. This position is a supervisory position that oversees the daily operations of the Operating Room (OR), Outpatient Department (OPD), Post Anesthesia Recovery (PAR) and Central Sterilization (CS). In this position you are responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, delegating, and coordinating staffing and all daily operations within your responsible departments. A Bachelor of Science or Arts in Nursing from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school is required. A minimum or five years of experience in a hospital based healthcare setting with three years of management based experience is preferred.
