Medical Social Worker - Primary Care Clinic
Syringa Hospital & Clinics (Grangeville, ID) is accepting applications for full time Medical Social Worker. The Medical Social Worker uses knowledge and skills to assist patients, their family members and caregivers to assist them with their financial, personal, and psychological concerns through a patient center approach. Provides information and resources to patients/families to meet their needs in everyday life and in times of extreme crisis. Assists providers and the health care team through integration of services. LCSW, BSW or MSW required. LCSW preferred. Requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in clinical setting preferred.
