Biography:

Dr. Gowan received her B.S. in Health Sciences from Boise State University then conferred her Master of Physical therapy degree from Idaho State University in 1997. She completed her Doctorate in Physical therapy with a certification in Primary Care in 2002 from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. She also earned her Pelvic Health Practitioner certification (PRPC) in 2015 from Herman and Wallace.



Karla enjoys caring for orthopedic physical therapy patients and is a specialist in Women’s Pelvic Health. She treats women and children with bowel, bladder and pelvic dysfunction/pain as well as pregnancy, post-partum and cancer diagnoses. She has nearly 30 years of experience.
